The fiber optic sensing technology utilized by US Seismic Systems, Inc. employs Fiber Bragg Gratings embedded into the core of the of fiber. The fiber is then packaged into rugged cables specifically designed for the various operating environments, be it downhole in an oil well, on the ocean bottom, or buried around the perimeter of a secure facility.
